Balance update

When will the balance show that an invoice was paid? It's been 5 days and it's has cleared the bank.

Welcome to the Square Community.  Was the invoice paid with a credit/debit card or via ACH. 

A credit or debit card, the balance should show up within minutes of refreshing the page.  IF it was an ACH payment it can take up to 5 Business days.. With the 4th being on a Thursday last week, that may be what is affecting your funds showing up if it was an ACH.  

Now, if the invoice was paid with a credit or debit card, and the funds still aren't showing in your balance you may need to get in touch with customer support, if this was your first sale and depending on the amount, they may for some reason need some verification, but you should have been notified if additional information was needed as well.
