I created a coupon it works online, but does not work on POS - WHY?

Since this issue is only occurring on the Register, I suggest making sure you're on the latest software version if you haven't already. If you do not see any pending updates, could you please send me a screenshot of the version you're currently on?

@_Violet as you can see in the screen shots I am attaching here, this was not just a POS issue, this also affected my mobile device. This is an issue that is new since the migration of coupon codes. I also have the newest updated versions.
This was a minimum spend discount that they rushed to implement when the transition occured and there was some concern from users like myself about lost functionality. The functionality was added, and I suspect is broken as this is the first time i am attempting to redeem them since the conversion to the dashboard marketing instead of square online.
