We are hosting a raffle for our 501c3 nonprofit. It falls under the accepted raffle rules, as we are not giving a cash prize and the items are allowed (gift baskets of selected items from the vendors at our farmers market). We want to be able to collect entries both in person a the market and virtually through social media, newsletters, flyers, etc. But I'm having trouble understanding how to collect entries to ensure that we can contact the winners when they are selected. How to I ensure that we are collecting customer email addresses and phone numbers and attaching them to individual purchases?
