Are there any alternatives to Cash Out?

Just a query regarding a patron requiring “cash out” when making a purchase.

is it permissible to set up say 2 additional items in the Items List - cash out $50 and cash out $10

and “sell “ this item to the customer???

At this time, Square doesn't offer Cash Out options. Now in regards your workaround, do keep in mind that any items you create and process in transactions incur in processing fees so charging your customers $50 or $10 won't necessarily translate into you earning the specific amount.
