Any idea why after a new order it shows "You do not have any orders" under Your Account

Hi,

A customer just complained that after she made an order from our website, she was invited to go and manage her order from her account only to find a message stating "You do not have any orders".  I have just tested this myself and found it to be as described.Screenshot 2025-06-11 153512.png
