Was working fine from 8am to 10am.
For the past 30minutes all payments are declining including chip and pin and contactless from multiple cards.
tried to reboot the app, the iPad, forget reader and reboot reader, deleted and installed app square for restaurants
its a busy Saturday morning and we are in an absolute mess.
Same here. Busy farmers market.

have tried setting up new reader, manual entries, online etc - nothing is working
there seems to be a new POS upgrade - go into settings//checkout//and upgrade to new POS in ble at the top - instantly works
It’s working now. How awful to have no support or communication whatsoever. I’m looking for a different provider first thing.
