Add tips to order ticket.

Have an option to add tips to order / kitchen tickets.

Customers often leave tips when they order online, this goes unnoticed as we only see the order ticket not the receipt. If there was an option to add the tip to the order ticket when it prints, then we would be able to thank the customer for the tip when they come to collect their items.
