Add open ticket to pending orders

When using the Open tickets feature, can those be added to open orders before they are paid for?

Also how do I enable "send payment link from the open ticket check out process>\?

Open tickets cannot be merged onto an Online order unfortunately. Not sure what you mean by your second question. How did you become aware of that feature?
