Recently I've noticed that I am no longer able to change the due date/time of an order on the Square POS App on my phone until it's less than 24 hours. Previously the due date/time was an active link that could be accessed at any time prior to the due date/date time.
This is majorly inconvenient in that, unless the due date/time is less than 24 hours, I am forced to access either my Square Register or Dashboard. So instead of a few clicks at my convenience where & whenever I am I now have to make a concerted effort to do something that before was almost instantaneous.
Why was this changed?
Hey @RuckusDonuts – Thanks for flagging this. I understand how this change could be inconvenient, and I want to ensure it's investigated further. Just to clarify, you posted this in the Retail board, but you mention the Square Point of Sale app in your post. Could you confirm which one you're using?
Thanks for following up. The primary issue is in the mobile app, which is easily about 90% of my Square usage running the business.

Hi @MayaP ! It appears that it's been resolved in that I can, like before, edit due dates at any time thru the phone app.
