Tonight in the middle of our evening service the “Actions” button that was at the bottom of the screen has moved to the top of the Bills and Tables screen. This is a major issue as we can no longer apply discounts, enter customer names on dockets and split bills by items. In fact some of these options are gone and not even available on the new “Actions” button.
Can anyone help with this urgently?
We apply 5% discount to take away orders and the discount button no longer exists in Actions. WTAF Square???
We can’t even open the cash drawer at the end of shift as that button no longer exists either!
It seems to have miraculously fixed itself overnight. The Actions button is back but was glitchy at first. The CLOSE ACTIONS button was missing off the actions page and the text was very very small, but after a few minutes it corrected itself and went back to normal.
