A transaction appears to have automatically settled without a tip. Is that possible.

One of my servers went to settle his transactions for the evening.  One of his tickets appears to have automatically settled with zero tip, even though the signed receipt says 25 percent.  Is that possible?  What's the solution for the server.

Hey there @blacksheepcafe - payments don't auto settle unless it's been more than 36 hours since the payment was collected. 

 

If it's been within 36 hrs, I'd give CS a call so they can check on that transaction. They'll be able to pass it over to Engineering in case they need to take a closer look.
