why is my main banner missing in sections menu

Using PC, Windows 11, I'm currently not on any plan but suddenly the "Main Banner" is missing from the sections menu??

I'm trying to change the image on my main banner and it's not showing up online/edit???

Searched for over an hour and can't find any videos on how to change image on your main banner!!!!
