How have you listed your inventory? Do you have your items listed as "Available" or an exact count listed in your inventory? If you have them as available... then double check that the items are available. If you have an exact count listed, then make sure you have gone to Sales Channels > Online > Shared Settings > Item Preferences, click Edit next to Item Statuses, and toggle off the Low inventory indicator. I did this last week and it worked brilliantly. I don't like my inventory showing as low when people pull up my site.
