top level and subdomain on single site?

Currently we use another website provider for our main site and square online for our store using a subdomain (shop.oururl.com). Is it possible to move our top level www to square online while also keeping the shop subdomain one?

HI, after a quick Google search, you can do multi domains for one website.  

You do not need to move or transfer the www domain if purchased with a provider ex.GoDaddy.  You can adjust the DNS settings.
