My developer has been setting up on Woocommerce. he sync'ed the products across. 800 products came across but we can't seem to sync the rest. Is there a problem with the sync since changing from item library and online items to just the one item library that deals with both?

Firstly, I'd like to know a little more about your setup so I can best assist you. Are you moving an existing website from WooCommerce to Square Online? Or, do you plan to use your existing WooCommerce site in combination with a Square Online site, and you're trying to upload your existing inventory into Square?

No I originally had a website through Square (using my own domain name) but am opening a new website using Wordpress and Woocommerce. We are syncing from Square to Woocommerce but not all products are syncing across. It tends to be my newer products that aren’t syncing and wondered if it’s a new update that is causing the issue?
