sorry. your order didn't go through. please try again.

Hello,

I have a new site which I used for a pizza pop up a few weeks ago with no issues. My customers are ordering in advance via the website, choosing pickup slots, then paying in advance for their pizzas.

Multiple customers have reported the above error. Square support don't have any idea what is happening. I'm having to take orders from those that have contacted me via message, and accept payment from them when they collect, which isn't ideal!

Has anyone seen this error message, and have any idea how to resolve?

Thanks 🙂

Hi @JamBackSlice 👋 sorry to hear you're running into this.

Would you have a screenshot of the error by any chance? Feel free to DM it to me if you do.

Could you possibly share a screenshot of the error? If so, feel free to send it to me via DM.

Are these transactions appearing on your Transactions Dashboard?

Any extra information, such as the network or devices your customers are using, would be helpful in investigating this further. I understand you might not have this information, but anything like that can help narrow down the issue.

Do you have a local radius set up that these customers may be outside of?

Also, if you could send me a link to your website, I can take a closer look.
