sale discount is not showing

My site shop is showing sale prices as the original price. I have put in the original price and the sale price on each item page but on the shop page it is only showing the sale price without the original price crossed through.

This is what it should look like below the item image:

£25 £15

But it just shows:

£15

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Can you try republishing your site and clearing your browser history to check if the correct prices appear then?

I have been at this for hours and can't get it to work either. My prices dont show up as marked down. The summer sale label appears but nothing else happens. I also cannot find a comprehensive user guide to take me through ALL steps of setting up and applying a sale for my shop, so I have no idea if I have missed something.
