Multiple locations

I have four different locations. One is my main, where I have my physical art prints and merch. The other three are local shops that have put my prints and merch in for sale. I have gone into items and adjusted inventories for each location. But when I generate a qr code for one of the shop locations it is showing the complete inventory from my main location. My shop locations only have a few select items. I have been all over trying to figure out where to differentiate between locations. to no avail. Any assistance is appreciated.

Can you share a link to your site/QR codes so that I can take a look? 

How are your items set up at the moment?  You might need to manually create separate items or variants for each shop location within your Square account. This way, you can adjust the inventory individually for each location, and when you generate a QR code, it should only reflect the items you've associated with that specific location.
