I'm trying to block out Postcodes for online orders to local hospitals - we are not allowed to deliver to NHS Hospitals.
There's also several postcodes we have of Internet floral sites who claim to be a florist - take an order - then factor it on less £20 or so. But it seems that you can only block certain Actions - Conditions about the card e.g the AVS doesn't match or an IP address but you'd only get the IP address when they've purchased from you.
