removing discount label

I am having an issue with square discounts on product.  See Pictures.  I created a discount that for some reason was not working in the cart.  So I deleted it. (Honey and Extracts 15% off) This was Saturday.  I created a new one  (15% offHoney...)  Discount works in cart as I have had orders fine.  However the label will not go away from the first discount I issued.  Am I missing something?  It appears on all the products I had on discount.
