@Kathy10 is this for your Square Card or are the unauthorized charges on your bank account? Either way, you will need to dispute the payments. If it's on your bank statement, you will dispute them through your bank.
If it's through your Square Card, you will dispute the charge by accessing our Claim Form to begin the process.
