I always login to my weebly account through square. Today a mesage box popped up and said you may already have an account. Try logging in with email and password. So I did and nothing worked. I instead was locked out of my account.
I have tried a different browser and an icognito tab. NOTHING is working.

I can see that password reset emails sent to your address are being marked as delivered on our end. However, these emails sometimes get filtered into spam or junk folders. Could you please check these folders to see if the reset emails have landed there?

I have whitelisted all of the above emails. nothing has come through. I have received several other spams and Junk in this time period but nothing from weebly. Square is working fine.
When I go on Weebly it is not letting me login with square. Why?
I have also searched all my emails and none of those emails come up as being there. Old emails from previous years have come up, but not today.

When you try to sign in to the Weebly website, are you receiving an error message when you try to sign in and click the Next button, and also when you try to Sign in with Square?

This is the message I get after I click login with square and it goes through the verification process.
I just worked on my website on Sunday and everything was fine.
I have been on the phone all morning with support. Still no results.

It looks like this was a linking issue between your Square and Weebly accounts. Although our system indicated your Square and Weebly accounts were linked, the accounts weren't connected successfully, which caused the login errors you were experiencing.
I can see that our Support team has now successfully unlinked the accounts, allowing you to use the regular Weebly login page instead.
