online site not updating items

I have added a bunch of items to my store over the last few months in the same way I always have. Some people are able to see these additions, but I am not, and many people can't see them. I have tried deleting cookies, publishing the site, checking visibility of everything I can think of. Nothing helps. Updates to things like names of items that do show up for me, the original item shows but not the updated name.

Is this occurring with all of your items, or just particular ones? If it is just particular items, could you send over an example or two?
