on the kiosk people choose an item and it doesn’t add that little number on the shopping bag. when you click the shopping bag the item is there but when you click next to continue to the payment screen you can press the next button but it just clicks and then spins and you can hit this over and over and nothing happens.  if you hit back the bag is no longer in the top right corner.  

 

we have updated the kiosk app, the ipad, square point of sale, and square kiosk.  we ran a speed test to verify connection.  went into settings on the kiosk and tested the kiosk and all three connections listed there showed connected.  we have reset the ipad numerous times, reset the internet connection.  issquareup.com shows no issues for the kiosk, so we’re officially stumped

 

it was working normally and then all of a sudden went into to work one day and it just decided not to work on the 29th of may 2025

oh and we verified that all the items are visible and available for sale on the square dashboard nothing has changed there on our behalf.
