Why is the net amount missing when I export a report? This is happening in a varity of reports including giftcard report, outstanding invoice report etc.

Of course, months ago, they opened a ticket. I thought it would be an easy fix but nothing so far.

@chocolatemann, Your reports seem to be working. When I exported a report under Reports > Sales Summary > Export, I was able to see your Net Sales amount. I will send you a screenshot via a private message for more details.
Yes it works for Sales Summary and others, but not for gift card report and outstanding invoices.
