lost access to site

I am the treasurer of a foundation with a volunteer board.  I set up the square account over 10 years ago to take payments for donations to funds.  In the interim several treasurers have transitioned through and we changed our original domain and all the associated email addresses. Our payments are coming through to our bank and notifications come to the email address but I can no longer log in.  Square says I don't have the correct name and/or email address and that they can do nothing to help me (6 password changes and many hours of support calls since March) .  I must close the account and open a new one.  I now can't download my transaction reports, I have no idea how to access the account to transition all my monthly donors to a new account.  I am flabbergasted there is no solution to this.  Clearly they allowed a previous treasurer to update email and owner name??  I am writing this with a personal login.  ANYONE?  HELP?

Hi @hrippey I'm sorry to hear you are having some trouble with the account you manage. Are you in contact with any of the previous employees that would have access? Is your website managed by Square as well? O r is it hosted with a third party? Can you please confirm the domain URL?

Hi Bernadette - I've reached out and one previous treasurer is sure that I am listed as the "owner" of the account. I know I changed the email / log in recently (when all this trouble started) but they won't tell me WHICH piece of information is wrong.  The name or the email.

It is managed by a third party.
