importing certain items from Square POS to Square Website

We currently use Square POS for onsite sales at farmers markets. We want to build a Square website that will sync with the POS for inventory tracking purposes. BUT we don't want all the items we sell at markets available on our Square website. What is the best way to upload items from POS to website and exclude those I don't want available online?

Hi there @KudzuHill 👋 I see this is your first post so I would like to welcome you to our seller community! 

To exclude items from your POS that you do not want on your website you would follow these steps 😀

1. From your Square Item Library, select an existing item or create a new one.
2. Under “Square Online settings,” choose a site visibility setting from the Visibility dropdown menu. The visibility settings are "Available", "Not Available", and "Hidden".
3. Select Save when finished.

The item visibility settings will apply to items on every site they’ve been assigned to. For example, if you mark an item as Visible, it’ll be visible on each of your sites where the item is being sold.
