i'm keep denied it because think it is fraud

I need to approve online purchase on the dashboard. They keep denied it because they think it's fraud. I don't know how to do it.

Hi Tico2,

 

Your best option is to contact Customer Support for assistance.  They can look at your Square Account Dashboard to see what may be your issue.  Unfortunately, the volunteer Community Members here cannot look at user account details.   The people here can help with lots of questions but, we cannot actually see what's happening.
