Is it possible to force a pop up schedule pickup when customers click order now? I probably have my settings wrong but maybe instead of showing the earliest time (Monday at 11:00 AM), it should say "Schedule Pickup". I get the same questions from customers asking why the pickup is at 11am not knowing they can change it.
Correct me if I'm wrong but you're looking to force them to select the date/time instead of it defaulting correct? While I wish that was the case that would currently fall under a Feature Request.
I do agree that it would be incredibly helpful to either force them to select a date/time OR at least make it easier or more intuitive to know how to change the date/time. Currently even I have a hard time explaining how they pick their date/time and it's my site...
I created a simple picture of how Square could make our lives a lot easier and when I get more time I'll try to put in a feature request unless someone already has gotten to it.
