Hi All!
Does anyone know of a feature or tool we can use to check USPS retail rates, considering how different shipping costs can be depending on whether it’s in-state, across the country, or international?
We’re looking for options that don’t require using the paid real-time shipping feature. Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance!
Hey there @wiseanttech_m. The USPS has an online rate calculator that covers all the bases, I think. This is the link to it.
Just remember that Square RTS isn’t just for USPS, but for all shippers that you set up. Also, you’ll need to decide how you want to charge shipping to online customers, so that it is added in automatically when they order. I guess you could use a flat-rate service charge, for example.

Thank you @TheRealChipA for providing your insight here!
@wiseanttech_m here is a Support Article as well that gives you the ins and outs of setting up shipping with Square. Let me know if you have further questions!
I use a site called Pirate Ship to check rates and sometimes ship from my other platforms. Just need a zip code, shipping container size and weight. They seem to have pretty good rates for all shipping venues (USPS, UPS & FedeX)
