how do i change my subscription from professional to free and how do i cancel the automatic renewal fee

Thanks for writing in with this question. You can manage your subscriptions from the Pricing and Subscriptions tab on your Dashboard. If you're wanting to change your Square Online site subscription, follow these steps:

1. Online Store Dashboard, follow these steps to change your subscription from 

2. Click on your business name in top right

3. Click on Account Settings

4. Click on My Services

5. Click on Manage

6. Click unsubscribe

This will downgrade you to the free version and your subscription will run through until the date it's been paid up to.
