how can I get the calendar from PAST locations?

Hi! I need help with a couple items please...?

firstly - how can I get the calendar from past locations in appointments ?  I had 2 locations I was accepting appointments at and now Im just back down to 1. I cannot find how I can see the past calendar of the second location.

also how can I pull up the clients history of said past location? it shows only the one location available now - so the dates aren't the same...

Is there a way to see who has been checked out and who hasn't? someway to see all at once so Im not sifting through each day?

Hi there, @JavaBabe,

Thanks for reaching out — I’m happy to help with your questions!

  1. Viewing Past Appointments from a Closed Location:
Even though you’ve removed the second location, your past appointment data is still saved in your account. To view appointments from that location:

    • Go to your Appointments Calendar on your Square Dashboard.

    • Use the Location filter (top-left dropdown) — if the old location isn't visible, try switching to the “All Locations” view.

    • Adjust the date range to the time you were active at the second location.

If you’re looking to filter clients based on past visits to a specific location, that currently isn’t available as a direct filter — but we’d be happy to submit this as feedback to our product team.

Seeing Who Has Been Checked Out vs. Not:
Yes, you can check this without going through each day manually! Here’s how:

  • Navigate to the Appointments > Calendar or Appointments List view.

  • Switch to List View and apply filters for “Not Checked Out” or “Completed” appointments.

  • You can also export appointment data into a CSV file for a more comprehensive overview.

Let us know if you need help accessing any of this — we’re happy to walk you through it!
