hello - i'm hoping someone is able to assist me. for months now, a discount that it no longer running (see screenshot) still appears on 10+ items in my online store. this discount does not appear on the backend. i tried reaching out to square support via the chat but it was unsuccessful. would really appreciate any help! thanks!
Hey there @bmnkl.. I see reports like this from sellers occasionally. One that that sometimes works is to unpublished your website/store and then republish it. This often has the effect of ghost-busting our sites. To unpublish, go to your web dashboard > Online > Websites > Website > Site Preferences. At the bottom of that page, you'll see a section to unpublish your site. Once you've done this, republish it as usual. Check it out and see if that does the trick and let me know.
