Hi @reissujuna! So, to confirm, you are clicking Square Online in the sidebar on the dashboard, and it is taking you to reports?
One thing to try when you are logged in is going up to the URL bar and typing in square.online
As long as you are logged in, it should take you to the online page. Once on there, it will show the URL that customers can use.
As for clicking it and it going to reports, I would try to clear your cache and cookies and completely close the browser. It's possible something is getting stuck and forcing it to the wrong page.
