email notification lacks customer name

The notification used to include the payee's name, which made it easier to find in our bookeeping system.

It seems to have been changed and no longer includes the name.

Can It be changed to include the name?  and how do I do that?

or can I send an email to a square person to do it?

I'm sorry to hear the notifications are not as convenient as they used to be. 

 

Are these email notifications for online sales, Invoices or a different Square service? 

Would you be able to provide us with an example of what you used to receive? 

 

Once I have that information, I'll get in touch with the appropriate team to ask about this.
