can customers add photos to their orders?

When adding a product, there is a modifier for customers to add photos.  When activated, it shows on the ordering page but when you click on it, it doesn't work.  

Does anyone know if Square allows customers to upload photos so that they can customize their orders?

Welcome back to the Community! 

After doing some digging into your question when it comes to modifiers, it looks like adding a photo would require and an upgrade of your Online Store. Currently, the way the "Upload Photo" modifier is only an option for the item and not an actual functional upload. The text box modifier is a bit different since it offers a text box for the customer to drop their message in there.
