adding phone numbers to payment links

Customers can leave email but we need phone numbers. How do we collect phone numbers?

Welcome to the Community! 

There is a setting you can turn on your Point of Sale app to add the Customer to the Directory with that info. 

Go to Settings > Customer Management > Select Before or After Checkout.
