Zoom Function of Product will not close ? Why is this happening ?

Would you be able to provide a screenshot of a screen recording of what is happening on the screen? Have you tried any of your troubleshooting steps of your own prior to posting in the Seller Community?
If the issue is happening on your dashboard, the issue could be coming from your browser. We have a wide range of browser troubleshooting steps listed on our Support Center that are known to help common browser issues.
Let me know if the above steps help at all. I'd be happy to further investigate if the issue persists.
I signed in to my Square account and website on a different computer. So the cache would be completely clean. Unfortunately the problem still exists.
This issue might be affecting other square sites. Ie. Alberta Craft Council online store. Same problem.

Could you provide some screenshots of what is happening on the screen? Additionally, could you link me to the website and the specific pages where this issue is occurring? If I can see where the issue is occurring, it'll better help me pinpoint where the issue is coming from.

and the url for a zoomed an image. Now click to zoom in on the image. Then try to close it.
Hey @Ron-9, I just tested this out on my own laptop and I was able to exit out of the photo by clicking the X at the bottom left-hand corner of the screen, as per the screenshot below. Do you know what browser you are using? Is your laptop due an update at all? Have you tried opening up the image on a different device?
In order for us to escalate this, we will need to be able to replicate it on our end. So the more information you can provide, the better.
