Thanks for reaching out, @BC4 👋

This error message usually displays when the SSL certificate is not active on the website. Your site is loading securely for me, though.

Did you already resolve this issue, or do you still see the error from your end?

P.S. Welcome to the Seller Community! 🎉

I am now having this same issue. I haven't changed anything on my site or with my domain through the provider (I purchased the domain separately). Very frustrating and unprofessional to have a website that isn't working. Loosing sales and customer confidence.

Hi there, @NobleFlowers, thanks for reaching out to let us know and sorry to hear you're running into these issues.

Are you able to confirm that your current DNS records are pointing correctly to Square? You can check your DNS records using these steps. We want to ensure that the A Records shown on your DNS records match the image from the guide (199.34.228.173).

It's important that both the 'www' (Root A Record), as well as the '@' (Domain A Record), are connected in order for your SSL certificate to propagate on your Square Online site.

We'll keep a lookout for your reply here.

Yes everything was fine with the domain and the domain provider confirmed it’s Square that needs to sort it out. Our Security Certificicsre had expired and there is no customer service outside of regular business hours to fix anything. So we had to wait all weekend until Monday morning (with no website) to speak to someone at Square. The rep then had no idea what to do and my husband had to walk them through it. This should never have happened. We pay for the Square to have this security certificate always working. We are really disgusted by this to be honest. We are looking elsewhere where the service is reliable. We have checked this new security certificate and it was only renewed for 3 months. We shouldn’t have to keep tabs on this.
