Hey @KSVS,

Sorry to hear about the trouble with your site! It looks like you need to adjust your A Records for your site to be secure.

The reason your SSL cannot be propagated is because of the failure to recognize our IP address. You will need to make sure that the only records on your domain are as follows;

1 A - type Record with the host/value set as the "@" or the * symbol (depends on your registrar) pointing to "199.34.228.164"

&

Another A type Record with the host value as "www" and pointing to "199.34.228.164".

After that, your SSL should propagate within 24-48 hours from setting the proper settings.

Please let me know if you have any other questions!

Hi Arie,

Thank you for your response. I’ve already updated the settings via the domain provider website (Crazy Domains) but still says the same thing. Is there anything else I can try?

Hi, @KSVS, just jumping in for @Arie here while they're out of the office!

If you've saved the recommended DNS settings again and waited 24-48 hours and you are still receiving the same error message when navigating to your site, then the next step would be to reach out to our Support Team directly on 1800 760 137 (available Mon - Fri, 9 am - 5 pm Melbourne time). This team will be able to escalate your case to our Ecom Support team for further review.

However, I've just clicked on your site link today and it's taken me straight to your Square Online 'Order Now' page. There don't appear to be any items listed on your page yet but the link does appear to be working and secure.

Do you mind testing this again on your end and letting me know how you go?

Thanks, @KSVS, we'll keep a lookout for your reply here!

Hi Laurie,

Thank you for your response! I spoke to phone support earlier today and we had to change the last two digits of the ip from my domain provider. All working now. Now I just need to set up the items on the site 🙂

Thank you!
