Your Custom Domain is overdue. Update your billing information

Randomly today my website stopped working, as customers were placing orders. When I checked on my account I go the message "Your Custom Domain is overdue. Update your billing information" and the domain status says Overdue. This is odd considering that I pay for a annual domain subscription which autorenewed on October 16, 2024. The renewal included the domain renewal and domain privacy add-on.
