I recently opened a Square Online shop to grow my business after only using the Square Reader at events. When I only used the Square Reader, I had just used a bunch of crappy placeholder images for my products since I was the only person who would ever see them on my app. But now with Square Online, I am updating my images to look more professional. Unfortunately there is one item that simply will not stop using the old placeholder image!!
I have gone into my item library and completely removed the original image, uploaded several new images, and set a new image as the primary. I have also gone into my image library and deleted the old image. My item library shows the proper image as the primary image in the thumbnail. I have fully refreshed my Square Online store multiple times and deleted the cache to make sure I am not seeing an old version of the site. I have also tried setting different images as the primary, but for whatever reason this placeholder image will not budge. Any ideas?
