Would like to offer 2 different variations online and each variation has its own set of priced sizes

We are offering 2 different types of drinks. Hot and Iced. Hot comes in 12 Oz, 16 Oz, and 20 Oz. Iced comes in 16 Oz, 20 Oz, and 24 Oz. All sizes are priced differently.

We would like to offer a very basic conditional variation that allows the online pickup customer to select Hot and only see the Hot sizes, or they select Iced and only see the Iced sizes. The shared sizes are the exact same price so the 16 Oz and 20 Oz variations can be shared between Hot and Iced drinks.

I can't find a way to do that or get close to it in the settings. If this is not possible, is there any recommendation for a comparable alternative that does not involve having 2 identical menus, 1 for Hot and 1 for Iced? We're trying to minimize the effort that goes into maintaining the POS and website when changes like this are required.

Is your site live now, and if so, can you post a link to one of your drink items you are trying to edit? 

If I'm understanding this correctly, you have a beverage that can be iced or hot, and comes in 6 size options depending on the temperature. The cost of the drink is the same whether it is iced or hot, but each size (oz) is a different price? 

I believe this can be accomplished by using a combination of variations and modifiers, but it sounds like you may have already attempted this route a few different times? 

I'm hoping that seeing the item as it is now will help myself and/or others offer some suggestions for you. Thanks in advance! 😊
