WordPress Website > Square Store

I have a website that was built on WordPress and I would like to add my Square store. For other smaller sites I have used the WooCommerce Square Integration, but I found it wasn't always reliable to sync. The new site has hundreds of products, there are lots of variable products, and syncing inventory is a must. Is there another way to integrate my Square store with my WordPress?

Hi @LaurieDe

Let me ask you, What's your end goal?  Are you looking to completely get rid of Square Online Store or just incorporate them both?  I used to use a WP site , and reading the reviews of that plugin , I never tried it as I had 10;s of thousands of products to import and just felt like it was going to be a mess.

A suggestion, if you are planning on keeping both, maybe add a Hyperlink to your nav bar of your WP site or a landing page that will direct them over to your Square store?

My end goal is to keep my e-commerce website on WordPress but have all the functions and capabilities of my Square store; variable products and real time inventory status between physical store and website. I thought about just adding a link to the Square store, but am I able to build a header / footer just like WordPress? I am not familiar with building Square stores. Thanks so much for your help @Minion

Hey @LaurieDe

Okay, I think I know exactly what you are looking to do.   So here is a link to square online site builder.  It has different versions available for you.  I would obviously start with the free one to see if it will do what you are looking to achieve.  As for the header and footer, yes you can edit them to an extent.  I'm not sure of the exact limitations of it but even the free one allows some customization..

Now with the different levels, you could also change the url if you wanted to so it was shop.mysite.com which would mimic mysite.com sort of idea.  I will tag a couple people who use Squares Site that may also be able to answer any further questions that you may have
