Why won't Square transactions sync to the correct account in Xero?
I have Square connected to Xero properly.
I also have AMAKA connected to both as a user/team member.
A lot of transactions do sync but many don't.
It does sync sometimes but many other transactions do not sync to the correct Xero account.
In Xero I have two accounts for everyone. I know this is what is creating the problem but I need two separate accounts for each customer due to the nature of our business.
I have added name, address, phone number, email to the Square customer.
What is the key piece of this puzzle i'm missing.
Do I need to change the name of each customer in Xero to match up to Square?

As I am not too familiar with Xero, I went ahead and got this escalated over to our Xero team here at Square to see if they can shine some light on this. As soon as I hear back from them, I will reach out here promptly.
In the meantime though, do you notice any shared factors between the transactions that do not sync?

Unfortunately there are too many variables for me to suggest "I notice shared factors between the transactions that do not sync".
I would be very grateful for the mystery of 'what data needs to be inputted to accurately sync to accounts in Xero.
