Why was my customer charged shipping after she met the FREE Shipping $$ amount threshold?
My shipping profile is Flat Rate Shipping of $12 per order, or FREE shipping on orders $150 and up. My customer's order was $168 before taxes, but she was still charged shipping... why? It has worked properly on every other order thus far.
