Why my items aren´t displaying? (Pickup and Delivery enabled)

We enabled all items to be available for online ordering and made sales through both the POS and online over the weekend. However, those items later appeared as visible only for pickup and not for delivery. I resolved this by toggling the items off, saving, and then toggling them back on, which made them visible for pickup again.

Is there a reason why this happened?
Was there any change made to the POS system that could have caused this issue?
