Why is the colour of my text changing once my site is published?

My site will look great while I'm editing it. However, once it's published and I search my domain to see the final result/what customers will see, my text has changed from black to white, which is very annoying considering the text background is almost white, so it's unreadable.

How do I stop this from happening?

I’ve taken a look at your website, and can see the text is displaying in all black on my end. If you’ve found a solution and have any tips to share, we’d love to hear them. Your insights may help other Sellers who come across this thread in the future. 🙂
