Hello, I've created a payment link and set up shipping, but when I click on the link it doesn't add a shipping option. Is there a way to do this apart from just setting up a product as the item plus shipping? Thank you

If the shipping fee isn't being added to your payment links, I recommend checking the following settings as a first step:
Check Your Payment Link Shipping Fee Settings
1. Sign in to your Square Dashboard and go to Payments & Invoices > Payment Links > Settings > General > Fulfilment.
2. Ensure that Enable Shipping Fee is toggled ON.
3. Directly below the Enable Shipping Fee toggle, click on Shipping Fee and enter a dollar amount (e.g., $10.00).
4. Press Done to save your changes.
Test Your Payment Link
Once you've confirmed these settings:
1. Go to Payment Links.
2. Click on one of your Payment Link items.
3. Under Share your link, click Copy.
4. Paste this link into a private browsing window, or clear your current browser's cache to ensure all new changes display correctly.
5. Click Checkout and enter a shipping address.
