Hi @ManwoodAustrali

What you're experiencing happens when security systems (like antivirus software) or internet service providers (like Telstra) who partner with security companies for network protection incorrectly flag legitimate websites as security threats (also known as a 'false positive'. These security systems use automated scanning to identify potentially harmful sites, but sometimes they mistakenly flag perfectly safe websites like yours.

I've checked your site using VirusTotal (a tool that checks website URLs against multiple security vendors), and it appears your site is currently being flagged by the following security providers: BitDefender, Fortinet, CyRadar, and G-Data. This explains why your partner received the "Malicious Website" warning.

To resolve this issue, you'll need to contact these security companies directly to report the false positives:

While we wish we could resolve this directly from Square's end, unfortunately these false positive flags occur on an individual basis and require you as the domain owner to work with the security vendors that have flagged the site.

The good news is that once these companies verify your site is safe, they'll remove the flag, and visitors using their security products will no longer encounter these warnings.

If you need any further assistance or have questions about this process, please don't hesitate to reach out!
